I recently rented a car from National, and found the company to be honest and professional. I encountered a problem with my original vehicle, the company was remorseful, and several employees worked assiduously to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. I believe the original malfunction was an outlier and not likely to occur again. The staff of National was solicitous, apologetic, and eager to amend the the situation.Our mutually-agreed-upon solution was fair and compassionate. As a result, I would rent from National again.\r
