Worst experience ever!! The owner is very rude, refused to apologize for how my dogs were cut she injured and refused to refund my money. I have 2 dogs that I took in, my poodle mix just needed a trim and he was shaved down to the skin. When asked about this I was told oh he must have had matts. My dog did not have matts. Then, my girl dog, a Lhasa apso, needed to be shaved. Well they did do a good job doing that. Until I noticed while she was sitting on the counter that her leg was bleeding. I asked why her leg was bleeding and I was told she cut herself. No she did not cut herself. She had bad razor burn on the inside of both of her legs and in spots on her belly. \r
The owner was very rude, informed me they don't do refunds and that he was tired of hearing my complain so if I don't like it then to just not come back. I definitely will not be going back. This owner does not care about customer service or the animals they are caring for. Had he simply refunded my $88 for this hack job
