Isn't it always? An emergency, I mean? Mine was a sump pump failure in the midst of above average rainfall—with more in the forecast. I knew mine wasn't the only flooded basement and that cleanup couldn't start until my sump pump was replaced. And it already smelled.\r

Emergency Plumbing said they'd get someone over immediately. They were really busy but—thank goodness—adequately staffed to keep their word.The price was reasonable (actually less than I expected), and John and Bryan were helpful in laying out what my next steps should be.\r

Emergency Plumbing will definitely be my first phone call next time I have a plumbing issue and my first recommendation to others looking for a reputable plumbing company.
