EPS does a great job of taking care of their customers and paying attention to details. I appreciate that their technicians all immediately put booties on when entering my home. They clean up after themselves (a big plus for this busy mom!) and come quickly if it's an emergency. They are also able to handle a regularly scheduled maintenance or repair job. John is a great plumber and takes his time to inspect his work to make sure nothing will go wrong once he leaves. I have found scheduling to be a breeze and the office staff follows up to make sure I am satisfied. This is why I give EPS 5 stars. more

Isn't it always? An emergency, I mean? Mine was a sump pump failure in the midst of above average rainfall—with more in the forecast. I knew mine wasn't the only flooded basement and that cleanup couldn't start until my sump pump was replaced. And it already smelled.\r \r Emergency Plumbing said they'd get someone over immediately. They were really busy but—thank goodness—adequately staffed to keep their word.The price was reasonable (actually less than I expected), and John and Bryan were helpful in laying out what my next steps should be.\r \r Emergency Plumbing will definitely be my first phone call next time I have a plumbing issue and my first recommendation to others looking for a reputable plumbing company. more

Twice we called to have our sump pump replaced and were told that it was fine. After both times, the pump failed and flooded our basement. A temporary drain was established and it took 7 days for them to come back to look at it (of course, we had to call and remind them). Then, when someone did come out, he didn't do anything and I was told it would be three days before an estimate and then we could schedule repair. Meanwhile, our backyard is flooded fromthe temporary drain pipe and vermin are getting in through the open basement window. Not to mention they show up hours after scheduled forcing me to take time off work for nothing! more

I can't say enough good things about Emergency Plumbing Services. When I woke up to no hot water, one call to EPS brought out a timely, efficient and cost effective repair solution. We were back to warm water by the time the kids got home from school !! Two months later when my garbage disposal died, I had a brand new one within 12 hours of my phone call to EPS. I started using Emergency Plumbing Service about a year ago. It was an emergency and they lived up to their name. It also didn't hurt that they were voted number one plumber in Delaware which was a confidence booster for me. For my first plumbing need I had a odd situation and they had me send pictures to their email and we were able to consult on the phone the best way to handle the problem. Their professionalism and courtesy were a breath of fresh air. Because of this experience I started using them for my business. As in any restaurant, a plumbing issue is usually an EMERGENCY. I've used them about 5 times and they always come out promptly and have all the parts needed for the problem. Their staff is knowledgeable and efficient.
