Review content:
I have had my cat for 6 years. She is a long haired cat and gets mats that need to be cut out and I have had her groomed before and never had a problem. I was new to the area and I called and was told that they have a professional groomer on staff. I brought the cat in and the staff was very cold and uninterested. They were busy talking to each other and laughing and I guess they didn't want to be bothered. They insisted that before she could be groomed, she must be given all of her shots. They took the cat and told me to pick her up in a few hours. I called a few hours later and was told she wasn't ready yet. When I went to pick up the cat she was half groomed, with cuts and nicks all over. She was traumatized, sitting in the corner of her crate and not moving. I asked what happened and they said she was wild and wouldn't let them groom her. She HAD been groomed 3 x before by different groomers and they all said how sweet and docile she was. I paid the bill and took her home
