I've been with Arlington Animal Hospital for many years out of convenience of locality BUT they are just too expensive to continue to go to. I feel that they "over-test" to get additional money. Although I think Dr. Standes and Dr. Redden are very good, the fact that I have to pay "extremely" high cost per visit (even for a follow up). \r
A good vet is a vet that is also an excellent diagnostitian. I believe what could've been diagnosed in one visit is often stretched out into several visits for the $$$$. Unnecessary testing for the $$$$. I've taken my business to another local vet that is excellent "read my review about Dr. Diana Cannan of Dutchess County Animal Hospital
