I have been living in Yucaipa since 2004 and have 3 dogs. 2 of them have literally almost died and are here today because of the vet and their staff. Katie was bit on the nose by a rattlesnake right after we moved in. We put her in the car and drove immediately to YAH where she was immediately taken care of. Heidi was seriously ill with both pneumonia and gallstones and was well taken care of. We have been there numerous times for all 3 dogs and have no idea why people are writing such ridiculous comments. How could I be coming there for 9 years and not have these same 'horrible' experiences? It would seem to me that in 9 years, I would have noticed 'rudeness' or poor care. I think some of the reviewers are just like the bloggers on CNN and other websites who have no other way to get noticed but rant and rave about all their personal and political opinions. It must be a sad and lonely life where you only 'feel' when you strike out at others.
