What a disappointment! They kept me waiting for about half an hour. My appointment was with David and he didn't come tell me that he was running late. Another stylist gave me a shampoo and put me in a chair and said David will be right back. I sat there for more than 20 minutes with wet hair and waited for "Mr. David the Salon" to show up. He finally showed up and cut my hair with an attitude as if "hey you are here, so I need to do something." The phone was ringing constantly and each time he asked one of the stylists (who were busy with other customers) to get the phone. The girl who works in the reception desk all of a sudden disappeared. I felt this is a place for "suckers" and totally over-rated. After my haircut was done, Mr. David announced how much his time is worth - it was a shocking $48 (without the tip). Please stay away from places like this. Find a place which truly gives you attention and values you as a customer.
