Review content:
One of our door openers quit working...stripped gear...and I called this garage door company (largely because of the great yelps)...SO happy I did! After speaking to John on the phone (he not only correctly diagnosed the problem but told me exactly what it would cost to fix it), I scheduled the repair. It was Steven who came out, and not only did he fix the broken opener, he checked the springs, chains, screws, bolts and adjustment on BOTH of our doors and did not ask for a penny more than the original quote. (I did tip him for the extra work, but probably not enough...) His work was excellent...friendly, polite, professional, efficient and neat...and honest! He apologized when he was interrupted with new service calls, but after seeing how well he does his job and cares for his customers, it's no wonder he's busy. If you need someone for garage door or opener service, you won't find anyone better than this garage door company..they do things right, and their prices and service cannot be beat! THANK YOU, JOHN!
