When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found this company's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, John was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home. One of our door openers quit working...stripped gear...and I called this garage door company (largely because of the great yelps)...SO happy I did! After speaking to John on the phone (he not only correctly diagnosed the problem but told me exactly what it would cost to fix it), I scheduled the repair. It was Steven who came out, and not only did he fix the broken opener, he checked the springs, chains, screws, bolts and adjustment on BOTH of our doors and did not ask for a penny more than the original quote. (I did tip him for the extra work, but probably not enough...) His work was excellent...friendly, polite, professional, efficient and neat...and honest! He apologized when he was interrupted with new service calls, but after seeing how well he does his job and cares for his customers, it's no wonder he's busy. If you need someone for garage door or opener service, you won't find anyone better than this garage door company..they do things right, and their prices and service cannot be beat! This garage door company are fantastic, thorough, accurate, and affordable! I had received estimates from 3 other companies before I found this garage door repair company on the internet! While I had the money to replace the garage door, as suggested by the other companies, I felt it would have been overkill. 2 of the others had also quoted to repair the door; both of which were almost double what John at this garage door company quoted me. John came out, quickly assessed the door and what I needed. He was able to have it fully repaired with installation of a new opener, the very next day! He was professional, polite, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the affordability. Called on a Thursday night with a broken spring. They came out on Friday the time they said. 2 hours to do a full makeover. New springs, rollers etc. 10 yr warranty price may seem a little steep but at least I won't have to worry about this again for a long time. Ryan was the person who did the work. He seemed like he worked very hard. Clean up was good. No issues so far. It’s much quieter than the original parts. more

Tyson is professional, courteous, friendly, patient, thorough and takes 100% pride in his work. He fixed a severally damaged garage door when other companies said it needed to be replaced along with all of it's working parts. He did maintenance work on the tracks, the chain, the wheels and the opening unit. He adjusted both the upward and downward safety settings. He reinforced the top of the door with a stabilizing bar. He was able to use existing parts instead of charging me for new parts. If you need garage doors or work done on your garage doors. I highly recommend Tyson. His prices were incredibly reasonable and fair! Absolutely outstanding!!! more
