We were scheduled for our summer maintenance service. Patrick was our service tech. He was very thorough, furthermore he took the time to explain what all the numbers on the paper work he gave me meant. He is new to Aircon and you can tell that he is passionate about his job.
One thing I like about Aircon's service techs they are all detailed. We have 3 very old a/c units and every time they come out to service them I keep waiting for the "sales pitch" on how we should replace them; but they don't do that. They do what they are there for, to perform a routine maintenance, make sure the a/c and furnaces are working and keep working. Aircon is a quality company with friendly employees. So nice to do business with a company that believes in good customer service. Patrick is proof of that.
