I was on time for my appointment, waited in the front room for 1 HOUR before being taken to the small back room..once there I waited for another HOUR - TWO HOURS total and never saw anyone and had no explanation. I understand there are emergencies... but this was unacceptable. I feel I wasted my entire morning at this place..finally after being beyond frustrated trying to wrestle my insanely nervous dog.. I gave up and walked out. I will never be back here.. total unconcern for anyone's time or else would've at least let me know something. \r
Don't bother unless you have an entire day to waste.
