We brought our dogs here after just moving to the area. When we called to schedule we were looking for a Saturday to a Saturday. We were never told the hours of business. I called the day before drop off to ask for their address, the gentleman who spoke to me was very friendly and helpful. I was not told to bring their shot records, and was told they would be in the back by the kennels and to come any time. We showed up around 10:30am on Saturday to drop off, we were never asked to sign any documentation. When I went to pick up (Saturday at 1:30ish) I was greeted by a lady screaming at me saying I was trespassing. She was pointing her finger in my face and telling me I was unable to pick up my dogs and talking to me like I was a 12 year old child misbehaving (in front of my 7 year old child). She told me I was lying about not knowing the business hours and not being told. There were no signs saying what they were or that they were closed. In order to get my dogs back I had to argue with her for a good 20 minutes and pay an additional $57 for NO REASON. She said my drop off paperwork had their hours on it and I should have known. I did not see any paperwork when we dropped off, there was nothing that I had signed. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If customers are treated this way I can't imagine how the speechless animals are being treated. Both of my dogs came home with bug bites all over them. One of my dogs has 14 bites on just the inside of one leg. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. I don't want anyone to experience what we did.
