Review content:
Went in for a Friends Rachel style haircut yesterday and Sharon, the only stylist there, told me that based on my personality, the hairstyle would not work for my thin hair. She she decided to give me a layered cut that took ALLLLLL of my past the shoulder length hair AWAY. She butchered my hair. I couldn't be more unhappy and I told her that. I showed her pictures of how I wanted it to look but she gave me a haircut that was NOTHING like what I asked for, and continued to cut after I told her I wanted it just above the shoulder. I don't know what kind of stylists this place hires but she didn't listen to the customer, and this customer is MISERABLE. It'll take months for it to grow out into something I'll like and I can't understand why this stylist thought she knew better than I did about my own hair and how I wanted to look. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I will NEVER GO BACK. Will warn all my friends/family away from this place.
