From start to finish the Bell Brothers team did an excellent job! They were very professional and showed they are masters of their craft. Starting with Bob Palmer their salesperson who really understood our situation and needs and delivered on all of his promises, to Gary, Brian and Drew, their technicians who did a fantastic job in installing our new A/C and heating unit along with all of the new ducting and lots of impressive sheet metal work. My wife and I were truly impressed with their work, especially with Gary's sheet metal work, which was truly a work of art! Our old unit was barely putting out any air or heat and the old ducting was falling apart. There were lots of other issues that came to light that the previous company did wrong in installing our old system or wasn't up to code. The Bell Brothers team fixed all of those issues and more by truly customizing a system that works great! Throughout the entire process all of the Bell Brothers team were very friendly and helpful in explaining what they were doing and the issues that they needed to fix and why. My wife and I could tell all of their team really cared about us and putting in a great system that we would really be happy with and meet all of our needs for the next twenty or more years. We couldn't be more pleased with our new A/C and heating system and Bell Brothers work and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting a new A/C and heating unit.
