after 5 years, 3 charcoal packs at a hundred bucks a pop, water is 3 grains hard. Water in brine tank keeps dropping after each regeneration cycle... 5 times they came and attempted to fix it. and it's still broken..... Update, one more visit after registering a complaint with BBB, AW replaced brine filter that was completely clogged and also replaced Mineral at no charge, water is now totally soft. Thank you BBB and Affordable Water.
