I brought in my 2011 pickup in to have the head gasket replaced it was out of warranty 130k miles not a problem. Est was around 2800 I said fine go ahead and get started. I was told it would be 1 week 7 days I said ok. I was planning on going camping in about 10 day with this truck. On the 5th day I called and emailed to see how it was going. Nothing no call back or email. On the 6th day I did the same again nothing back. So I called and ask for a manager finally a call back. He said the head was removed and ready to put on new gasket I said great. I forgot to ask how much longer so I called back again no call back. On the 7th day I called and ask for the highest person in charge. Bob called me back he said truck has not been touched yet. I said don't touch it I will come pick it up. They had my truck for 7 days and did nothing but lie and not return calls or emails. STAY AWAY.
