Rob Lambdin's University Dodge Ram

I brought in my 2011 pickup in to have the head gasket replaced it was out of warranty 130k miles not a problem. Est was around 2800 I said fine go ahead and get started. I was told it would be 1 week 7 days I said ok. I was planning on going camping in about 10 day with this truck. On the 5th day I called and emailed to see how it was going. Nothing no call back or email. On the 6th day I did the same again nothing back. So I called and ask for a manager finally a call back. He said the head was removed and ready to put on new gasket I said great. I forgot to ask how much longer so I called back again no call back. On the 7th day I called and ask for the highest person in charge. Bob called me back he said truck has not been touched yet. I said don't touch it I will come pick it up. They had my truck for 7 days and did nothing but lie and not return calls or emails. STAY AWAY. more

Good: They did an excellent job getting my financing arranged, helping me with my insurance, and presenting me with my pricing upfront just the way I wanted it. There were no games like there were at the other dodge dealerships in town and they earned my trust this way. Other: Jeff Schillaci and Jorge Haimovich were awesome throughout the entire process. Mark Leslie and Joe Lorie in Service greeted me and showed me the service manuals about my Dodge Ram. They also showed me my maintenance schedule.. more
