Review content:
Ian repaired our Trane HVAC on Wednesday and Friday of this past week. He was extremely professional and very thorough in his work. He ran into issues with a replacement part that didn't work and he was tenacious in his efforts to contact the Trane Tech center to confirm the work he had done and then traveled to their warehouse to pick up a "second" replacement for our part that was defective. All of this was done in the heat of the day! He was analytical as he worked through the problem, extremely calm during the process and took the time to carefully explain what he was doing. He did a terrific job!
