Review content:
Worst place ever!!!! My husband took our jeep Cherokee cause it was stalling. Not only do you get charge $99.99 for a ""Courtesy Check"" that you can get for free at AutoZone or any other place. They told my husband that the car needed the crankshaft sensor replaced, which they did. After a week of my husband driving the car, the car is messed up again, with the same problem. I Called Firestone to tell them to let them know that we had someone to check the car, and it turns out that it was the same sensor, and they told me that it could be something else, and they would send a tow truck to pick up the car, but if it wasn't the same part I would be responsible for the $99 to check the car plus the tow truck fees plus whatever part the car needed to be fixed. So I showed a picture of the computer sending the same code of the crankshaft position sensor. This will be the last time I take ANY of my cars to Firestone, and I would never recommend Firestone to anybody.
