Worst place ever!!!! My husband took our jeep Cherokee cause it was stalling. Not only do you get charge $99.99 for a ""Courtesy Check"" that you can get for free at AutoZone or any other place. They told my husband that the car needed the crankshaft sensor replaced, which they did. After a week of my husband driving the car, the car is messed up again, with the same problem. I Called Firestone to tell them to let them know that we had someone to check the car, and it turns out that it was the same sensor, and they told me that it could be something else, and they would send a tow truck to pick up the car, but if it wasn't the same part I would be responsible for the $99 to check the car plus the tow truck fees plus whatever part the car needed to be fixed. So I showed a picture of the computer sending the same code of the crankshaft position sensor. This will be the last time I take ANY of my cars to Firestone, and I would never recommend Firestone to anybody. more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I have had work done here numerous times in the past. In fact, it was the only place we would go. We will never be back. Had two sensors replaced on engine of our vehicle and oil changed on a Saturday. I (apparently wrongly) assumed they would do a basic inspection. Left for a trip to Florida right after this and car started freaking out (throttle went out, sensors flashing on and off, transmission not shifting). Turns out there was severe corrosion on the battery (it has a cover) and ruined the leads and wires that run to it. Firestone never bothered to check (which was the problem to begin with, not the part they replaced). Had they we would have had them replace/repair it on the spot. We don't let vehicle maintenance lapse since I commute over an hour each way to work and back. We ended up broke down with two children on the side of the road at night. Called them they said ""We'll make it right."" and we believed them because we trusted them. Brought it back in as soon as we could two days later (We live an hour and a half from them also, that's how much we liked them before. We would drive several cities over to use them). They went on to tell us it wasn't their fault and the battery had been checked and that was new corrosion that we showed them a picture of. Yeah, that amount of corrosion formed in just a matter of days, but once we removed it, none reformed in the days until we got it back up there? What a miracle. Hardly believable. They wanted us to believe that, within one week, our battery went from perfectly fine to completely damaged...not over time, but in one WEEK. It's an original battery and the car is 4 with 135,000 miles. They then wanted to charge us another $365.00 to repair this (this on top of the $300.00+ we paid to have a part that wasn't broken replaced when this was the problem all along...oh and of course since they didn't know which part was ""bad"" at the time we had to have TWO replaced, not just one). I would have gladly paid for the parts but didn't feel we should have to pay for repairs when this was their fault. They told us something else was wrong with our car and we already paid for a service we didn't even need. This price quote is not getting a new battery, just the repair to the damaged leads. They stated it would ""take a few hours labor."" We had enough at this point. They didn't seem to mind we were left stranded on the side of the road due to their incompetence with our two children. We called a dealership, notorious for being expensive, and they quoted us $125.00 to fix it. They informed us it would only take about half an hour. So all and all, about $250.00 to repair it AND get a new battery opposed to the nearly $500.00 total it would have been for Firestone to do it (To replace a batter and leads, $500.00)! Not sure what they were smoking. Needless to say, after long-time members of Firestone (we have their credit card and all), we won't be returning. Completely put off by the whole attitude from the employees and the milking of the loyal customers. P.S. I've had a slow leak in 2 of my tires since I got them. Valve Stem...Still hasn't been fixed properly. Dealership is taking care of that also... more

Overpriced In my opinion! Tried giving them a shot at my business and WOW. Spark plugs and new wires $368 and you are going to charge me $99 for the diagnostic test. $468.... What a joke. I can buy top of the line plugs and wires retail for a little over $100. $268 in labor for wires and plugs! Seriously? Taken my business elsewhere and recommending others find another place. Maybe get your tires from them, but watch out if the do anything else. Ridiculous! more

I had a tire on my car that needed to 6/10/2012

I had a tire on my car that needed to be patched after getting a nail in it. We used the kit that came with my car which included a Fix-A-Flat type product. This was the only place open past 6:00 pm, so I decided to give it a go. I called before I even got in there just to make sure they could take care of the problem, and the guy on the phone, who's name is Cameron, was nice enough. I don't really know a lot about cars, but I just wanted to get the tire fixed. I got in there, and sat down in the waiting area, and around 5 minutes later, this Cameron fellow comes and tell me that the Fix-A-Flat deteriorates tires and that I need a new tire, which I now know isn't true. At the time, I just wanted to get it fixed, so, not knowing that this man was exploiting the fact that I am a young woman still in my teens who isn't car-savvy, I bought the tire, and they put a used tire on my car. By the request of my mom, I had asked for the damaged tire back, but Cameron just brought it back in with the Fix-A-Flat still in it, and didn't even clean it out. Luckily, after I had called my dad, he told me he would take care of it. Now, they are supposed to me pay me back for the new tire, $90, but I still don't have my money back. I now know never to go to these people. I can't help it that i don't know everything about cars, and it is just plain wrong to cheat someone like that. Never go to this place unless you want people to lie to you while they cheat you out of your money. more

BEST SERVICE BY FAR!!! 3/23/2012

My husband had a tire blowout while driving through Tennessee. He was towed to Firestone 4092 in Franklin, TN. They repaired his car, helped him with a rental so he could proceed on his trip. When he returned, the car was fixed & he came home, leaving the rental at Firestone WITH HIS GARMENT BAG CONTAINING HIS BRAND NEW SUITS!!! The Firestone people saw the bag, removed it from the rental car before returning he car and called us. I called and spoke with Hugh Evors who arranged to have my husband's clothing returned by UPS. They just arrived today and we are soooo grateful. Mr. Evors charged us nothing to perform this service. Wonderful service, beyond all expectations. more

Fast and Friendly 6/4/2005

Tire's plus was very friendly and efficient. My car needed brakes and fast. Within 3 hours I was back on the road without any hassles and the guy let me use the discount coupon even though I didn't officially have it with me. The price seemed reasonable for all around brakes. I recommend them highly. more
