This is the worst place EVER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIERS! When you move out, they come up with bogus "move out damages" to charge you for. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO PAVILIONS. Check BBB "National" and you will see several compaints that have been filed. You might see " R Squared Enterprises" which is tied to Pavilions. Most on "the list" of damages that did not exsit. Not returning keys....Seek out all the reviews on the internet as well. There is no management. The place is run by whomever is in the office.
