Review content:
This place is horrible. I recently bought a pre-owned car from a private party. The previous owner of this car got Oil-Change, Wheel alignment and State Certification done at Allen location on the 06/12/2010 on this car. He then took the car again on 6/18 to replace the tires to Allen location and got Firestone FR710s installed. The previous owner handed me over the receipts of above recent repaires.\r \r I bought the car and then soon found out that between 50 mph and 60mph speed my car makes loud noise like a jet engine. It seems that one of the tire is bad or warped. I personally will never installed Firestone tires as they are really bad products to start with. So I took the car to Irving Las colinas location on 07/12/2010. \r \r These guys looked at my car upside down and even took the ride and could not simulate the problem. Even riding with me could not simulate the problem. May be it's the roads I drive. But then they told me that I need to do $400 worth repairs on this car.\r \r On
