Review content:
I had a coupon for a free oil and filter change. I made an appointment for the oil change, and when I dropped off my car, I was informed that it would be ready in an hour and fifteen minutes. When I returned, they hurriedly pulled my car into the garage and began the oil change. I was surprised that they were just *now* beginning, and none of the employees seemed to think there was anything wrong with this. Everyone treated me disrespectfully, and it's good that I did not have to pay for the service. An hour and fifteen minutes is a long time to wait for simply an oil change; I ended up waiting an hour and forty-five minutes and was late to work. Offering a complimentary oil change is not a good way to attract customers if they are going to be treated second-rate.
