I took my Toyota here for an oil change.. and talk about a pain in the neck. I had to wait about 45 minutes for them to actually start working on my car, and about another 30 minutes for them to finish. I could have done this myself in 15 minutes, I just didnt feel like it because I had a coupon for a cheap oil change. They did the oil change fine, but it took forever. On top of that, they gave me a sheet with price quotes on services that needed to be done.. that totalled $500 of simple tune-up stuff. Thats a fraction of what the car costs! They just must have thought I was stupid and wanted to take advantage of me. Not going back to Firestone, I change the oil myself.
