I took my Toyota here for an oil change.. and talk about a pain in the neck. I had to wait about 45 minutes for them to actually start working on my car, and about another 30 min...

Horrible Service 3/27/2009

I stopped in to have my tires rotated, front end alignment and tire balance. Waited 3.5 hours and then when they were finished I learned that they put two new front tires on my car which I had not authorized. They then told me that they had to put new tires on because of excessive side wear on them. They justified this by saying that they could not perform the front end alignment on the car unless the two front tires were replaced. I told the service rep. that it would have been nice to inform me of this before they replaced the two front tires. The of course replaced them with some of the most expensive tires. I will never take my auto to another Firestone again; especially this one in Conroe. more

Amen to the pain in the neck!! 11/29/2008

We have given these people every opportunity to do good jobs on our vehicles and they failed miserably. Bad service! Bad attitudes! Bad place!! We would never recommend!! We finally learned our lesson. more

Firestone needs to be fired 9/8/2005

I took my Toyota here for an oil change.. and talk about a pain in the neck. I had to wait about 45 minutes for them to actually start working on my car, and about another 30 minutes for them to finish. I could have done this myself in 15 minutes, I just didnt feel like it because I had a coupon for a cheap oil change. They did the oil change fine, but it took forever. On top of that, they gave me a sheet with price quotes on services that needed to be done.. that totalled $500 of simple tune-up stuff. Thats a fraction of what the car costs! They just must have thought I was stupid and wanted to take advantage of me. Not going back to Firestone, I change the oil myself. more
