As a former employee, I feel obligated to informing the public about the business practices at this establishment. What Jennifer said is completely true, the upsell at firestones not just this one weymouth,quincy,boston,leominster you name it has the same angle. They do free inspections and they write up whatever they want, as a former employee I saw multiple false estimates written and executed. Mechanics has free reins to write whatever they choose and then given to the back or front desk to have the work sold. Brakes that need adjustments sometime are reccommended to be replaced, we would charge $59-69 per set of brakes that we would have autozone deliver for $15. Rotors that could be cut and used we would reccommend to replace them at $89 a PIECE when we would only pay $18 for them, the way things are over priced is crazy.
