My garage door was out of balance and clanking and swaying dangerously. I looked to the internet for referral and called Steven. He said he could be out within the hour, and he was. He did an excellent job of repairing, balancing and doing a thorough check of the entire system. He made it more sturdy and safe. The garage door lifts and balances perfectly. I think the price of $95 was fair for the amount of work done. I love the work done
