A-1 Grage Door Repair Bakersfield

I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. Needless to say, this company Door will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks so much for your excellent service and quality products!!! more

Best and most timely service I have ever received. I was locked in my garage due to a broken spring at 8:00 am and this company repair man was here by 8:30 and done by 9:30. 100 satisfactions with a new 10 yr warranty. Great job work done more

My garage door was out of balance and clanking and swaying dangerously. I looked to the internet for referral and called Steven. He said he could be out within the hour, and he was. He did an excellent job of repairing, balancing and doing a thorough check of the entire system. He made it more sturdy and safe. The garage door lifts and balances perfectly. I think the price of $95 was fair for the amount of work done. I love the work done more

Eli was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate his timeliness in coming this AM instead of tonight, and fixing my problem so my wife doesn't have the door not close or open when I am not home. Thanks again, Eli.
