I paid $100 to be on a waiting list for an apartment. They gave our original apartment away to someone else, then tried to get the money back only to find out it was absorbed after 3 days into an "administrative fee". If you have to live here, make sure you read all of your paperwork and be sure that's where you're going to be because they have no problem giving your saved apartment away and keeping your money. Don't waste your time.
