My second year anniversary is coming up in September. I chose Pheasant Run because of the price and location. It is quiet here and I feel safe. I have a two bedroom apt. and love having two bathrooms so I don't have to share with my teenager. Not moving anytime soon. more

Terrible 7/29/2014

I paid $100 to be on a waiting list for an apartment. They gave our original apartment away to someone else, then tried to get the money back only to find out it was absorbed after 3 days into an "administrative fee". If you have to live here, make sure you read all of your paperwork and be sure that's where you're going to be because they have no problem giving your saved apartment away and keeping your money. Don't waste your time. more

Affordable Living 8/19/2005

If you are looking for affordable living in Fenton this is a great place to look. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and they are the nicest affordable apartments in town. They also feature ample parking, a workout room and a swimming pool. You will find the one or two bedroom units clean and spacious. more
