We are extremely happy with the service received from Justin C.
From the time he stepped into the house until he departed, he was courteous, attentive to our questions and needs and delivered beyond what was asked.
He came in response to a Groupon promotion, a tune-up for our HVAC systems. He was professional and complete in his work. We are more than satisfied with his job.
He then discovered a further problem we are having in the cooling system.He explained the difficulty. He then returned another day and gave us options to correct the problem. He again, took the time to explain these options so we could make an informed decision. This is a technician Genz-Ryan can be very proud of and feel confident he would represent the company, well.
