By far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car, and I've bought several. Salesman seemed indifferent and didn't talk much. Went along with my wife to purchase a new Chrysler 200. They pulled the usual tricks of low-balling the trade, playing with payment amounts, etc. My wife qualified for the 0% instead of taking a rebate. As soon as we agreed to that, the sales manager tried switching us to a 2.9% loan which he said allowed us to use the rebate as a down payment, reducing the principal of the loan, etc. There ended up being a $65 monthly difference if we did that! Once we made a deal, and got the 0% ,we were ushered to the Finance Managers Office. Boy, was this guy a piece of work! Rude, argumentative, and unprofessional come to mind. He started out by trying to push the extended warranty/gap coverage. These are both a financially unsound addition to a new car loan, and are just huge moneymakers for the dealership. When I declined on behalf of my wife (who didn't fully understand his pitch), he rudely stated ""Don't you think we should let her decide?"" Unbelievable a-hole. When we got to looking at the contract before signing, I immediately noticed that $300 of our promised trade in value had disappeared. I guess they thought we wouldn't notice their sneaky crap. Anyway, this guy gets on the phone to the sales manager and begins rudely addressing him and screaming on the phone in front of us. My wife even asked this jerk if he was OK. Only after careful review of every facet of the deal did we get what we were promised on the sales floor. These guys are what give car dealerships a bad name. Oh, and one more thing I noticed - We observed a guy behind the sales ""tower"" wearing shorts and flip flops (I was shocked). We were told he was the General Manager. How very professional, buddy. In summation - RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I will never step foot on their lot again, even for service. I'm totally surprised that they have any good reviews at all, based on what I saw. The only reason I give them 1 star is because it doesn't allow you to give none.
