Nassar did an excellent job, he arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He fully explained my problem re; uneven temperature in rooms of home with A/C, he showed me the ducts weren't completely sealed to plenum and was causing insufficient flow to affected rooms. He even advised that I might be able to fix problem myself with a little elbow grease and my son's help, but if we felt we weren't up to the job, he would be able to schedule a time to have it repaired. Excellent service and diagnostics, extremely happy with Nassar and service champions, would recommend to anyone who needs this service.
