Adding Air Conditioner 8/12/2015

Mainly I chose Service Champions because of the charming gentleman they sent. Also, I installed a furnace with them 3 years ago and I am very satisfied. So I figured to give them a shot; Roberto Moya was able to accommodate within my budget and install so quickly. Thank you! - J. Day more

Jake was on time and very neat, clean and courteous. He explained the challenges very well in a way we can understand. Roberto was awesome! Excellent experience 8/4/2015

My air conditioner wasn't cooling as effectively as it should. The Technician arrived and inspected our unit. He climbed into the attic and found the source of our problem. A rodent had chewed through some ducts. The Technician removed the rodent for me and scheduled the install crew to come out and repair the ducts. They didn't charge me a dime for their visit. A+ in my book more

More effficient 8/3/2015

Mike Macias was a very efficient technician and spotted the challenge quickly. Tested all components very thoroughly. Kao was able to teach us how to use a smart thermostat. Great explanation! Roberto Moya knows what he's doing... He's the man!!! Recommended system replacement, ducts and water heater system using the city incentive program. - P Saugar more

Servicing air conditioner 7/16/2015

Jake did a very good job in getting our air conditioning system back to operation. He was very polite and asked for our permission for going through the garage and moving some furniture to get his job done. He explained things and questions in details in understandable terms. We were impressed by his way of making sure he left the job site in clean and organized fashion. We would like to ask Service Champions for sending Jake again to service our heaters/air conditioning systems in the future. more

Excellent Service 7/11/2015

Patrick Boyd showed up before 8am. That's excellent! He explained everything in details and was very knowledgeable about his work. He was always ready to answer questions. He asked for permission to enter rooms or use conveniences in the home. He did not pressure customer to buy service plans. He spent quality time to perform the inspection and gave good recommendations on daily use of heating and air conditioning. more

We were very happy and kept everything very clean during inspection. Thomas was very patient and answered all of our questions. He was very calm while I was ranting and raving about clearing up the closet for access. I suggest letting clients know that crawl spaces and attics access need to be cleared. Specially for elderly because we have a lot of stuff and slow moving. ;-) We appreciate Roberto because he answered every single question we had. And we had a lot! Our dogs liked him! He was able to get us a great deal. Glad he only drank water because we didn't have milk and cookies for him. Thank you both for the great service! - Alice J Robinson more

Today, experienced again the best in HVAC maintenance and service. Service Pro Mike Macias, did our MVP maintenance and demonstrated why we chose Service Champions for our service. Our semi-annual seasonal inspections was done with courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. No mess, no fuss! The team members that we have for service are always the best. The company delivers what it promises and at a reasonable, competitive cost. They are on time and respond immediately. Thanks to all the team, and we would recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done, from maintenance or replacement. They are the best. more
