I was reluctant at first when reading some of the reviews, but the A+ rating by the BBB, convinced me to call. Jack arrived puntually.
He not only advised me of a few things that we could do to optimize our energy use and system maintenance, but also found that the heat would not work on ""auto"".
It seems that the unit had been installed by someone else without a jumper wire in the thermostat, so it only worked on ""On"". He fixed that, took care of some mold, and cleaned the coil at what I felt was a reasonable price. He was also very personable. Won't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
