Review content:
The day before yesterday, I got home from work at 8:15PM and my house was hot. My AC unit is over 20 years old, and I was planning on getting a new one within the next couple of months. I immediately called Air Around the Clock, and to my surprise, I got a live person, and not a machine. She was very nice and told me that she would call me first thing in the morning with my appointment time. I was called at 8:30AM, and was told by the Tech, that he would be there at 9:00AM. He showed up right on time, and after inspecting my old unit, he told me what I already knew ( I needed a new compressor ). I elected to have a new split-system installed. They told me that the new unit could be installed the next day. I asked the Tech to find out if it was possible to install the unit today, because it was my last day off until next week. Well, by 10:30 AM a crew of 3 men showed up with my new split-system, and everything was done in a few hours. My house never cooled off that fast in the ten years I have lived there. Every one of the people I delt with from Air Around the Clock were very nice an very professional. I would highly recommend this wonderful company!!!!!
