Upon completion of the job, well within the projected time frame, Karon and Emil removed all the old parts and trash, and cleaned with a broom and dustpan. We completed all the required paperwork, and I was shown how to correctly use the thermostat and maintain the air handler. Mr. Pereira, I do hope you keep all these gentlemen in mind when it comes time for bonuses, raises or promotions; you are truly fortunate to have Matt, Frank, Emil, Karon, Jim and Todd in your employ. Additionally, my neighbors were amazed with the entire process, and asked for your number, which I gladly provided. I work with the condo board here, and we had a meeting that evening which I made with time to spare. The problem came when a few of the members wanted to go out for a bite to eat afterwards, and they had trouble getting me to leave the house. I was way to comfortable. The cubes in my iced tea were not melting. I was signing things like 'ice, ice, baby' to myself. And I did something else that I never really do, which is sleep with the A/C on. The entire night, every time it came on, I caught myself smiling. Kudos all around, and many thanks.
