Day 3 of recent (July 2014) heat wave our central air (in a 100 yr old south hill home)just stopped working. 80+ degrees in the house...Cleaning the filters did little to help. After a frustrating 2 days of reading manuals and fiddling with the unit, I broke down and called After-hours. (seeing the vacation budget going down the drain) Not only did the service tech call me Immediately, but he talked TO me. After assessing the situation as best he could over the phone, we discovered ice build-up. He patiently told me what to do and saved the day (week, 2 weeks, month, years!!....) thus preventing me from an after-hours service call or taking a day off from work. R&R Will Definately will be my go-to place for regular maintanance as well as emergencies. Reminded me of the days of Old Fashioned service most places are lacking :)
