I brought my car in for free estimate on muffler. He turned around and tested my crank shaft censor and said it was bad and need to be replaced. I disagreed and wanted second opinion so I arranged to go pick it up. When I got there, the censor was still out and the car was not in a drivable state. He told me to come pick it up later cause all technicians have left. He also pressured me to fix the car with him because he had already put in so many hours to diagnose. He was going to charge for labor now if I take the car elsewhere so I decided to just go with it. two days after the car was fixed, the issue (service engine light and it's ability to drive up hill) came back! I took it in and left my car there for two days, when we went to pick it up, he said that the issue is from the muffler. When the first, he said there was nothing wrong with it!!!! So I asked for a quote and here's what he said, "I need a testing equipment that will be shipped from California"!!!! So this means that he lied to me from the beginning!!! Oh, and not to mention the mean old receptionist who called me cheap when I asked for discount since the service was so freaking expensive!!!!! As of now, my car is still not fixed!!!!!!!! Good luck if you take your car there!!!!!!
