Review content:
We hired ARS to repipe my house with copper piping. Paid $6600. 4 years later I had an unrelated plumbing issue and had to knock down some of the walls to repair. In the process I discovered that all my piping in the areas that were visible to me were still the old plastic piping that I thought I had replaced 4 years prior! ARS came out next day and fixed at their expense. However, the worker that was there told me that it had happened to them before as well. Also, when I called to ask them to make sure the rest of my house was repiped because at this point I couldnt' know for sure, they were extremely rude, did not apologize, were very defensive, and said if I want them to come back out to knock down more walls to make sure that I'd have to pay for it! I will never use them again. They handled this wrong and were completely unprofessional. All the reviews I've seen online are bad. I wish I knew all this before hiring them.
Cons: Did not re-pipe entire house after paying $6000!
