Saved from the Heat! 10/26/2017

Our A/C unit broke during this current heat wave and Eric, Ramon and Juan made all right in our home again! All three gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and most importantly friendly and kind. I was so impressed with every aspect of their services today and would highly recommend them specifically for the amazing quality of assistance we received in our home. We went from a frustrating situation (having received horrible service, inaccurate information and ultimately just "Band-Aid" fixes from two other previous companies) to a positive and correct resolution...immediately! (They amazingly they even had a slot to even do the install the same day!) It was extremely refreshing and reassuring to feel like you are working with honest and knowledgeable technicians that truly have your best interest, home and family in mind. Again, I highly recommend that you ask for them specifically for thorough, thoughtful and simply great service! Thanks Guys! Kimberly & Family more
