Review content:
The people who are suppose to help you, actually don't. They promise things and never deliver. My son's ashes came a week late-and this was well after the 8-10 day mark they give you. I was never allowed to see my son also.\r
They are cold through out the whole ordeal after receiving your money. They are all about the bottom line... MONEY! nothing else matters to them as far as I have noticed in my dealings with them. I realized this is my opion, but it hurts to have to deal with people like these when you have such a sad emtional situation on your hands. Take care, go somewhere else, I wish I had. EnnisE
Cons: every part of the cremation of a loved one!(my SON)
