On Fathers day my outside unit stopped cooling I called Conroe Air Conditioning, service man came out and told me my compressor was bad and needed a new unit for $4,451. That Monday I got a second opinion, come to find out I didn't need a new unit, Conroe Air was just trying to scam me, I have worked in the A/C Business before and I knew something was wrong. Not only did Conroe Air make fraudulent claims about my unit, the service guy left a wire lose on the start capacitor, when he powered up the unit it fried the capacitor. I called Conroe Air for a refund, $140 for the service call and $160 for the capacitor ( There Price ) they agreed to the refund of $300. Got my check in the mail today for $180, Scammed again! Never call or use Conroe Air they are just a bunch of lying thieves. I hate that the lowest rating is 1 star they don't even deserve that. The company I used that fixed my A/C was Airtite Services, honest guy that by the way was only going to charge me $1800 for the new un
