On Oct. 18, 2012, Jason H. came to evaluate our heating and cooling system with the goal of replacing our old one. He did a thorough inspection and recommended the proper size and type of system we needed. Jason answered all my questions with full and honest information. He was genuine and very personable. He also did a follow-up inspection after the installation to verify that all was as I had wanted and to answer any questions. This was above and beyond good service.\r
On Oct. 19, 2012, Jeremy and his team came to install the new system. They arrived when scheduled, they worked quickly, cleanly, and extremely competently. They were all not only knowledgeable about the equipment and its operation, but also very patient with my questions and wishes. They did exactly what I wanted.\r
I have dealt with ARS for several years and have always received prompt and competent service. They deliver value for the dollar each and every time.
