I was so impressed with your service I felt I needed to write something. Your website and your advertising make many bold guarantees. When it came time for my wife and I to hire an electrician for various projects on our old-recently purchased home, I interviewed and obtained estimates from many different electricians, including some of the largest most well-respected electrical companies in the DC region. You were the only electrician that provided me with copies o your licensing, registration, and insurance information ( you also provided without me having to ask).
As an attorney, I often interact with contractors (including electricians). While your estimate was certainly competitive, I will confess that it was not the low-bid. Nevertheless, I was so impressed after meeting with you that I was confident that your bid would not result in hidden fees unnecessary change orders, or additional costs. I was not disappointed. Always on time, always polite, and most importantly, genuinely interested in the safety and welfare of my family, there is no doubt I will use you for all of my family's future electrical work (and given the age of my home you will be happy to hear that I am sure I will be calling you often).
