This past week I completed my physical therapy with Brad Freemyer at A Step Ahead Physical Therapy after undergoing a cutting edge procedure for a partial knee replacement. My recovery was so rapid, I could have stopped going to PT after the second week, and would have been fine. However, Brad continued to work with me to correct habits that I developed over the years while compensating for a bad knee, some of which I didn't know existed. Through core strengthening and balance exercises, I am now in the best condition I've been in for years! I have benefitted from the one on one attention that I received, as well as Brad's attention to detail. I highly recommend A Step Ahead Physical Therapy!
