What a GREAT Group! 8/17/2012

Great physical therapists have to be great motivators. And - Marian?s the greatest physical therapist! She challenges me to stretch further than I think I can, but she always knows the limits. Best of all, she celebrates every little victory! Through her encouragement, I am recovering not just from my broken ankle, but from years of improper exercise and muscle tone. Every day when I go in, there is something different waiting for me, some new challenge, always to keep me motivated and focused. \r \r The entire team is wonderful. When Marian has been out, Brad stepped in and created a few new challenges for me. I almost don?t want to recover because they?re such a wonderful team! more

The Best Advice 6/26/2012

I was in severe chronic pain but had given up on physical therapy until I was referred to ?A Step Ahead Physical Therapy?, by one of their previous patients.\r I am so happy I took their advice!! \r Brad Freemyer and his staff have extensive knowledge, experience and are extremely professional.\r Every appointment was one on one at an outstanding facility with all the latest equipment and physical therapy techniques. \r Thanks to Brad I am no longer in pain, back to the activities I was unable to do, and feeling fantastic!\r ?A Step Ahead Physical Therapy? is the perfect name for this facility because that is exactly what it is!\r Thank you, Brad Freemyer!! more

A Step Ahead Physical Therapy 6/27/2010

This past week I completed my physical therapy with Brad Freemyer at A Step Ahead Physical Therapy after undergoing a cutting edge procedure for a partial knee replacement. My recovery was so rapid, I could have stopped going to PT after the second week, and would have been fine. However, Brad continued to work with me to correct habits that I developed over the years while compensating for a bad knee, some of which I didn't know existed. Through core strengthening and balance exercises, I am now in the best condition I've been in for years! I have benefitted from the one on one attention that I received, as well as Brad's attention to detail. I highly recommend A Step Ahead Physical Therapy! more

Get Better Faster! 2/22/2010

A wonderful physicsl therapy facility with a great staff. When I tore my quadracep tendon, I worried about getting better but the folks at A STep Ahead took all the worry away. It helpeed me get back faster than I evr thouight possible. Extremely dedicated and professional staff. more
