I called Preferred Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to respond the same day, which I am thankful for. Unfortunately the plumber did shoddy work. He did not replace the copper fitting that was leaking, but instead, replaced a PVC fitting, it leaked, so he put a bunch of glue in it and called it fixed. The plumber then blatantly lied to me saying that he had installed a new fitting, which he had not. He was there Saturday night for about 4 hours, came back Sunday morning for a few hours and even came back on Monday. After 3 attempts to fix it, he glued it and called it good. I then called and spoke to a supervisor, who was going to send another technician out to fix it, but before that, the original tech came back out asking what was wrong with it, all while being very rude to my wife. As of this review, issue is still not resolved. What's worse is he charged me $600 for the so-called repair. Not happy and will not call or recommend this company again. I would give zero stars but the review wont let me.
