Review content:
I went to Hayward Auto Care my first and only time. I don't think I'll go back. I went in for one problem. They got that sorted out, but I wound up with a cracked engine mount. They fixed it, and they said they wouldn't charge me for the labor, just for the price of the part. I checked with another mechanic, and it seems like they charged me double the price of the part. The second day after I picked up my car, my air conditioning clutch unit ripped out of the car while I was driving. So I had to have that replaced too. Basically I went to them for a $300 dollar repair, and I feel they damaged my car so I ended up paying $800 dollars. I went back to speak with Ken about it, to see if they could make it up to me. But, basically, he was pretty defensive about it. He had no solution other than to say it wasn't his fault.
